Mark Amoruso is a Certified Public Accountant with a decade of experience helping complex organizations regain control of their financial systems, strengthen governance, and make confident decisions backed by accurate data. His work sits at the intersection of accounting discipline, operational structure, and strategic insight.

Before founding Clearview, Mark led high-stakes accounting and advisory engagements across public and private sectors, partnering with executives, finance teams, auditors, lenders, and regulators to resolve deeply embedded financial challenges. His background spans accounting remediation, internal controls, outsourced controllership and CFO services, audit readiness, FP&A, and policy development, especially in environments where growth has outpaced infrastructure.

Mark is known for stepping into complex situations and rebuilding from the ground up; redesigning close processes, restoring GAAP-compliant financials, implementing scalable controls, and creating systems that stand up to audits, diligence, and long-term growth. He combines hands-on execution with executive-level leadership, delivering clarity that moves organizations forward.

Mark holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from West Chester University and is a licensed CPA. He is an active member of the AICPA, GFOA, and IMA, and has held leadership roles within professional and community organizations.
